Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh
My fathers and mothers name is wrong in my SSC,HSC and Engineering cirtificate. Now i am working in Government job. If i wnt to correct my fault what should i do without hamparing my job.
Can i change my father and mother name.

Firstly, you may correct your parents name in the record of education boards and engineering institutes by applying to them with affidavit of you and of your parents. If they are not alive affidavit may be given by their nearest relation. Then you collect new copies of certificates/ammended certificates from the said institutions and submit those to your appointing authority. In certain government jobs correction regarding age is not accetable, but in case of correction regarding name of parents, there is no bar.
