We filed for divorce and it was granted and my ex-wife was granted full custody and I pay allotment each month and I need a certified copy of this document.
Where can you obtain a copy of certified legal child custody document in Bangladesh?

You did not say who granted the divorce and custody. Court has the sole jurisdiction to award custody. If you have been given custody by court you may obtain certified copy from court through your lawyer. divorce's copy may be obtained either from court or city corporation by whose order divorce is confirmed.
