Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

If the husband is dead, who will be the legal guardian of their 14 year and 03 year old sons in Bangladesh; mother or grandfather?

grandfather is legal guardian but mother can take custody of the children. or for the welfare of the child court can appoint mother as guardian.
