Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

My husband wants to divorce me. I am staying in Japan now for higher studies. My husband lives in Bangladesh with my only daughter. He wanted me to go back to Bangladesh without finishing my Ph.D. now. I was unable to do that as I have obligation to my University. My husband then falsely accused me of adultery in Japan, but he has no eye witness. now he wants to divorce me and get married again and wants the custody of my only daughter. But I want the full custody of my daughter. What chances do I have under the existing law of Bangladesh. Please, I urgently need the advice.

As long as you are in japan there is in fact a little chance of getting custody of your daughter. you need to show to court that you have sufficient means of taking care of your child in dhaka which is better than that of your husband. you also need to show that the welfare of your child would better be maintained by you even you are in japan.
