Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I am living in Dublin. My wife lives in Bangladesh. She was also living with me but went back to Bangladesh in February,2010. Now I want to divorce her. How can I divorce her?

It is very simple. In Bangladesh, you have to send a notice to her and the concerned chairman. Then you to wait for 90 days. Remember you have to be prepared to pay the debts of wife, which was stated in thi KABIN (NIKAH NAMA).

Please think again. In ISLAM, divorce is the worst halal.
