Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I have face some problem . I Clear my problem.

At the age of two, my mother died, Since then i stay with my Uncle and call my uncle father and aunt mother.I use there name as a father and mother in my education doccument and made a passport.i also do a goverment job.I am muslim.

Now i feeling some worry,Because they dont adopt me through court, and they have not any valid doccument , i heard that in Bangladeh there must follow some rules .

Now when i apply for some foreign country they aked me to give Birth cirtificate.

But I m confused which name I should give in my Birth cirtifiate , if i give my original fatheres and mothers name , that will not match with my accademic cirtificate name.

Now what thing i should do.

If It is possible to adopt me through court at now and manage birth cirificate.

Now my question is , can my Uncle and Aunt can go to court now and adopt me through court and collect proper doccument.

Sir please give me the answer , I m feeling very much nervious .

According to your statement you are an adult and matured person. So you can not be adopted through court. No doubt you are in a critical situation. Because you used your uncle and aunt's name as the name of your parents. Uncle can not be a father by any process of law. Therefore the best idea for you is that you take steps to change your parents name in certificates and in records of your appointing authority to avoid further complications.
