Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I have two sons. One is 11 years n the other one is 4 years old. My ex wife was living with my children n with in 4 months of our divorce she got married. Now I want my sons' custody n want to move away from Bangladesh. Will I get the custody n be able to move abroad

yes you can. your ex lost her right to custody when she got remarried.
