Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Bangladesh

I am suspecting, or to be accurately I am quite sure, a group of people are defaming me. They insult me and harass me up front.
I need solid evidence from their telephone and cellphone conversations.
And, I do not want to file a GD, or take any criminal prosecution actions. I want it to be formal.
Now, the question is,
What do I do to get permission to get the evidence from phone companies?
Can a lawyer draft a letter to the phone companies, that will give me access to their phones. If so, what is that??

The phone companies never disclose any information of their customers until they have government's order.
