Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh
my mother has 3 brothers and four sisters.my mother is in no3.my eldest maternal aunty died in the year 1999.my grand father had a house in badda which was in my grand mother's name.my grand mother died before my birth.after that this house was transferd in my grand father name.my grand father also died in the year 1999.after his death my eldest uncle and his wife came out with new idea that my grand father has transfared that house to my uncle's wife name.and he also said to my mother and maternal aunty that to give a unwilling signature.but they did not agree.my mother and other aunt wanted to see that paper of power of attorney,but my uncle could not show that paper.now illegally he has capturd that hose and did not allow any of my aunty and mother to claim that house.my question is how can i get my mother legal share of that house?

Your mother needs to take recourse to the court. She needs to claim her share to court by filing a civil suit. Moreover if there is any instrument signed by your grand mother or father in favour of your uncle's wife which she suspects to be false, she may seek to cancel it.
