Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh
I have purchased land in the name of my father, brother and friend due to unavoidable circumstances. Now what is the way to take back those property in my name? Those properties are under my control and the original purchase deed also in my possession.

This type of land may be recovered sometime only through the assistance of court. Please consult a civil lawyer to check whether those can be retrieved.

You can change those properties belongings to your self easily. For that, you have to contact with the related sub register office.
