Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh

I have purchased a piece of land from a joint property of husband and wife and my portion is over than husband's share and wife filed a suit for partition against her husband and me along with others. I am in possession. what is my legal support?

if you bought the husband's part, you have good case against the wife. Please appear in the case the contest it by a good pleader. Hope you will win.
