Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh
My name is Rachel Bernadette. I would like to know with bribery in the Registry book can a name be changed? why should it be changed are there no laws? why should it be so? My grand fathers portion of land was forcely taken and we've got to know that they replaced his name and put theirs. what advice would i get or what should i do?
