Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh
I am a resident of Vested property in Bangladesh. My grand father was a legal custodian of this property. We paid yearly rent and tax to municipal corporation every year.Is there any way to turn this property in non vested or non enemy property in recent residents favor?

We have law regarding vested property. how a vested property can be released is stated there. But unfortunately we have no special court established under that law. so you have to wait for that court like thousand people wait all over Bangladesh. you may take a verdict from ordinary civil court. but that would not serve your purpose.
