canon usa, inc saving and retirement plan holding by vanguard group

i am the titular holder of canon usa,inc saving and retirement plan, left canon latin america in miami dezember 1998.

canon never send me any letter of my saving money holding in the above account, canon usa, inc sent a letter saying that i have withdraw all funds on november 2001, it is not true, since was living in rio de janeiro brazil, since november 2000.

contacted by certifed letter canon usa, inc again they are susteining that now have withdraw all funds on july 2006 again is not true since never did, also canon usa,inc sent a check on my name to an unkwon address in miami, florida and somebody forgering my signature and withdraw all funds, told canon usa,in and never reply me again, so given them 15 days to get settlement for a fair lump sum or get littigation, see that we have to get littigation, the amount claimed by me is us 4,654.74 dollars, but do not know how the account was managed by vanguard group never gave me anything, statement, etc.

so i believe that canon usa, in is liable for all this and should paid me a fair sum to settle this, various damages are occurred because of his negligence and should be pusnish by law,

need legar help, have all written evidence of their mistake and would be able to provide any
