Legal Question in Immigration Law in Brazil

Green Card thru a Non-profit organization (for L2 visa holder)

Is it possible for a non-profit to sponsor the green-card process of a L-2 visa holder with employment authorization (and consequently for the L-1B spouse)? How this process works?

I received the above mentioned question.

However, this question must be requested to an immigration lawyer in the USA. I am in Europe (Italy).

Best regards,

Margaret

Non-profit can do a visa transfer to H1b as they are not subject to cap and then can sponsor you for green card. Then can also sponsor for prospective employment for green card. When is your L visa expiring? You are from which country?
