Power of attorney law

I am residente in usa,and would like to give a Power of Attorney to a brother ho live in Brazil.

How it work and how I can do it.

Dear Sir,

All you need is to prepare a power of attorney for you brother, take it to a Brazilian consult get it notarized. After that all you need is to send it to Brazil, or your brother takes it with him to Brazil and translates it with a legal translator, with that he shall have a legal and binding power of attorney.
