E-bay scam

What recourse do we have in getting our money back from a scam ran on E-bay? We have gotten no help from E-bay, the companies promising to guarantee our money, or the FBI. They say to just ''suck it up''. This was the last of our savings and are searching every avenue possible to get it back. ($2625).

You may wish to consider filing a complaint with the comsumer division of state attoreny General's Office. They will follow up and make contact with them and inform you of their findings.
