Legal Question in Immigration Law in Bulgaria

I plan to come to New York with my husband with H4 visa. I have opened account for trading equities with broker situated in the European Union where I receive 50 % of the profit I made - I work from home, entirely online. I am aware I am not allowed to work with H4 visa. I would like to ask if I have the right to continue trading equities with EU broker if I live in US with H4 visa and if yes, what are my obligations in terms of paying taxes?

Hello:

You could be in violation of 'working' if you trade and make money in the U.S. You might want to start your own business under the E-2 Visa.
