After you've seen the Administrative Judge how long does it take to make a decis

I've already been to the administrative judge. All I'm waiting on is a yes or no from the guy. It's been 240 days since I went before him. How long does he have, are there any time restrictions?

Unfortunately, there are no time limits to mandate an ALJ to respond. If you have badgered the OHA hearings office enough, and you know that they are not waiting for something from you, then the only other alternative would be to contact your local Congressperson or Senator. Sometimes, an inquiry from their office will get the ball rolling. Good luck to you.
