Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was arrested with the posetion of 18 exctasis pills at a club, i was taken to San Francisco county jail but the judge sent me to INS to clarify my status since i had a tourist visa, then i was sent to immigration court in Eloy Arizona where i asked for a voluntary exit, i was banned from the US for 10 years. how do i get information about the drug posetion case? i went to Canada and at custom my arrest was on the record bu they said that i wasnt charged. how can i clear my record?

If the arrest occurred in California there is a procedure called a Motion To Seal And Destroy Arrest records. Its the only sure fire way to clear your arrest from all record searches. Most California Criminal Defense Attorneys know how to do them.
