if my baby born here in united states is she gonna be a us citizen even parents are undocumented immigrant or illegally overstayed visa in united states?

Your child will be a citizen of the U.S., but she cannot sponsor you until she's 21. However, you can attempt to get cancellation of removal if you can prove hardship for her, and that you have lived here at least 10 years continuously (meaning you never moved out and recrossed).
