Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I have a car loan i no longer can afford for a vehicle. I am behind on payments by six months n the bank is suing for the balance owed on it. i still have possession of the vehicle n my question is can i sell the vehicle n pay the balance that way. Or would it be better for me to hand the vehicle over to the bank.

In the long run selling it to pay it off is better than having it repossessed...
