Legal Question in Employment Law in California
In a class action law suit, Is the Main plaintiff usually awarded more money?
I recently file a class action against a nation wide company. Now that is going well lawyers tell me that i may not get anymore money than the rest of my co-workers. At first i was told that i may and now i'm confused.

In most class action suits only the lawyers get paid.

You will have to tell me more. Generally, you are entitled to the same as other class members.
