There probably are, but you will have to call several attorneys who you would be normally interested in to find out what their terms would be. Remember, the higher the rent the attorney pays the higher the fees he must charge to make a profit. The more work you can do on your own the lower the charges will be. Definitely try to get someone who will work on an hourly fee basis and not a flat fee as the latter often ends up costing more per hour actually worked.

Absolutely. Call a few up and negotiate. Be aware however - you often get what you pay for.
