Elder stock fraud

I found out recently that my father has lost a great deal of money through inappropriate investments and stock churning. I want to sue his investment advisor but I am not sure about what type of atty to get.

I suggest you use an attorney who use familiar with investment law and investment fraud. Our practice currently handles many of these types of claims. Is the investment advisor located in CA?
