If am trying to get visition with my child and her mother required an paternity test, an it comes back neg. Im i required by law to pay her attorney fees?

Well it doesn't really work that way. I am assuming you filed a petition to establish paternity because you had good reason to believe you were the father and because you have been parenting the child. If the court finds that you have been acting reasonably and in good faith, then it will probably order each side to pay their own legal expenses.
