where do I get forms for a expungement of a misdemeanor case?

Every county does things differently, however I have never seen forms for expungement. Usually you have to write a motion to dismiss like a regular motion. You can probably find sample motions pursuant to Penal Code 1203.4,

I've seen forms, but each county is different. You need to contact the clerk of the courthouse where you were convicted to get the form that is used for that county.
