WHat do i do if i found a tooth in my ground turkey?

Based upon the limited information you provided I would advise you to:
1. Take the turkey back to the store.
2. Report what you found.
3. Ask for a Refund.
You did not state if you were physically harmed in some way. Without harm, there is no claim. Simply finding a tooth with nothing more doesn't look like something a jury would say "YIKES, that's disgusting."
