Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My friend is in prison in Ca. he wants to give me his power of attorney I cant find any free forms so i can send them to him or can we even do this with him incarcerated?

His being in prison does not mean he cannot give you a power of attorney. Why do you need it? Does he own property that needs management. What type of action are you looking to take?
