If you have a valid H1B visa, your wife and minor children only can get H4. Please contact your accountant or the IRS reg. tax ID for parents and your health care provider reg. insurance for parents.

Your parents need a face to face consultation with an immigration lawyer. Some are willing to do a free consultation others charge reasonable fee. Do it the right way so you'll save them from future heartache.
