Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and I are in the process of divorcing. It's uncontested and will be final in 6 months. However, he is getting married this month in his country (in the Mid East). I know the marriage is in default by U.S. laws. Will he ever be able to bring his new wife to this country based on the fact that he will be married to her before he and I will be divorced?

No. One has to be divorced before 2nd marriage. Otherwise the marriage would be void.

Not unless he can successfully lie about your marriage. His new "marriage" will be legally invalid if it takes place before the termination date of your marriage to him. Also, keep in mind that while, if handled correctly, your California divorce may be final within 6 months of filing/service of the papers, it does not happen automatically, the finalizing documents need to be filed.
