Hypothetical situation for a script: Person A gives free advice to anonymous people online on how to commit suicide. What could they be charged with? I'm looking for the harshest charges with maximum jail time.

In California, Penal Code section 401:
Every person who deliberately aids, or advises, or encourages another to commit suicide is guilty of a felony.
A felony carries up to 3 years in custody.
