Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
the information i need to prove my innocence is blacked out because of the privacy act.how do i see this file? With it i can prove numerous felonies against the DA as well as the PDs offices.That dosn't even include all the constitutional law violations

Your attorney can see it and if you are pro per (representing yourself) your investigator can see the information. However neither of them can give you that information.
