How much of a wife's inheretance from her parents is her husband intitled to?

The husband has no rights to the wife's inheritance.
California community property laws provide that property acquired during marriage is either community property, in which each spouse has an equal undivided interest, or separate property, in which the spouse acquiring the property is the sole owner. Property inherited by one spouse during marriage is separate property of the inheriting spouse and the non-acquiring spouse, in your case, the husband, has no interest in the property. Of course, the wife can give the husband an interest in the property after it is acquired but the husband has no legal right to the property without such a gift and has no legal right toi force a gift.
