Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I am looking for a lawyer to help me with a case against a company I was working for last year. I was on the forklift in the manbasket. There was a bow that should have been repaired on the forklift. My fingers were resting where the bow was and when the forklift was set down the tip of my right ring finger was severed. The part of the finger could not be repaired. It had to just heal and now my finger is permanently disfigured. The forklift was repaired the day after my injury. Would anyone be willing to take my case?
