Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to make a significant modification to an existing custody order filed in another county than the one I am resident. I would like to file in the county I'm now resident if possible. How to proceed?

You should see a local family law attorney. The evidence for the modification will require a legal professional. Just arguing it by yourself will just result in waisting a lot of time most likely.
