Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am in the middle of a divorce. I'm 5 months pregnant and on disability due to the pregnancy. Unfortunately, my employer never paid into disability insurance and I am not receiving any type of payment. Is there anything I can do to have my soon to be ex-husband to pay spousal support until I am able to return to work and maybe even help pay for some of my medical bills?
