Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Misdemeanor--minor under possession of alc.
Charged with Misdemeanor--minor under possession of alco. beverage. I'm unsure about what to do. I have a notice to appear in about three months. Friends tell me an attorney can just make it go away. Should I get an attorney? Where can I find what the possible consequences of the charge are? Is it worth fighting or should I just live with it? Totally clean record, great grades, charged two weeks before 21st--any help appreciated.
