Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Do I have to pay an additional 1000.00 interest on a payday loan that I got a few years ago? I paid the initial loan off of 425.00.

In addition to reposting, I suggest you post some more detail. It would help to know whether you signed a written agreement, and who made the loan to you. (The name is not as important, as whether it was a private individual in the State of California, a real estate broker, or a loan shark.)
