Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

placed on probation in sonoma county ca. and ordered to pay fines and fees and electronic supervision cost now close to probation ending and still owe a lot of money wi;; probation be completed with fines and fees still being owed or what do u suggest if i dont have that much money to pay it all?

Either your probation will be extended or the amount you owe in fines and fees will become a civil claim. The court may hold a hearing to determine if you are capable of paying the fees. If you are capable of paying the fees and have not paid them you may be jailed.
