Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Im in the process of getting my green card.. my husband filling for me im waiting on my interview date at this time.. i got a dui bout a month ago and taken to jail i got booked and let out on bail.. when i went to court my charges where dropped because no police report was found..my question how will this affect me even though i wasnt charge with anything?

You should be fine as long as you don't have any other convictions or dui arrests. Just make sure to obtain a certified disposition of the dismissal.
