Recent Arrests
I recently got arrested and got pulled over and arrested for DUI and having periphanlia and they charged me for sales but didn't find anything. How do I get the papers to find out how they came up with their charges?

You or your attorney will get a copy of the complaint, along with any discovery, on the day of your arraignment. This should contain the basis for your charges.
