Legal Question in Family Law in California
During my settlement Conference for my divorce my ex-wife decide to perjury her self. Was very unexpected by the time I got the evidence to prove she had lied we had to go back on a OSC. So we went back on the OSC submitted the evidence an caught her in a bold face lie. Then the Judge gives my ex-wife everything she asked for and then some....Oh yes my ex-wife also is a judges clerk (but not the judge that heard our case.) So when I tried to make a report about the perjury the judge told the bailiff not to take the report and that its been handled and that was that. Any thing I can do about that? This was in California by the way...

You may be able to file a Motion for Reconsideration and have the matter looked at again. Without seeing the paperwork and knowing the elements of the perjury it is really hard to give an informed response.
I practice Family Law in Fresno and I am familiar with most of the judges so I would have to know more facts.
