Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I had a slip and fall accident in the apartment where I am renting because the shower floor was very slippery and it caused me to fall and land against the shower bar with my back and have problems with my back. And wanted to know if I could do anything about it against the landlord?

This depends on notice. You may also have a potential defective product case if the tile was unusually slippery.
