Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Hello,
I went on stress leave due to an unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful environment. I was on medical leave for 3 months. When i tried to go back to work i requested a transfer to another district in writing to HR, said they would take care of it but i never heard from them again. Instead they terminated me. What can i do? Do i have a case?
