You have provided absolutely no facts as to the reason or reasons why your license was originally suspended and to why you were unaware of your license's status. You also have not provided any information as to why you were cited when you discovered your driving status and so there is no way to even guess at what your facing. I suggest you coontact a attorney in your area who either practices criminal law or handles a lot of driving isues. Good luck

If you did not have a license, there is nothing to reinstate. If you did not have a license due to some other error it is possible the DMV will reinstate it.

Even if you never had a license DMV can suspend your privilege to drive..assuming you did have a CDL, two problems are 1)..why and for how long DMV suspended your CDL, 2) if suspended, does the charge in court require proof of your knowledge of the suspension...The Court will not so a "reinstatement...only DMV can do this.
