Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

suspended license

I had an auto accident in April of 1995 w/o insurance. I was unable to pay for the damage and the attorney for the Insurance company had my license suspended I made a payment of $1000.00 and had my license reinstated on the provision I made monthly payments. I lost my job and could not make the payments. The attorney resuspended my license. I filed bankruptcy pro se and had it discharged completely including the attorney and insurance company. Can I get my drivers license back. I know I would have to file an SR-22 and get insurance and maintain it.

Re: suspended license

absolutely.....if handled properly by an attorney that knows that traffic laws and the dmv procedures, your driv. lic. can be reinstated almost immediately. There are procedures that DMV has in place wherein they may suspend your license for excessive points, however, you are entitled to an attorney to conduct a hearing on the status of your license and your attorney (if they handle it properly) may contest old points or citations.

It is clear to me that I can assist you in getting your license back. My practice consistis exclusively of traffic and criminal cases, and I have an amazing success rate. If interested, call me at (818) 398-3788, and I will discuss more details with you.
