i was 17 and he was 23 when we had intercourse. i am 18 now. What is the statute of limitations for my parents to press charges?

If you are 18 now you can submit criminal charges yourself. If you want to file a civil complaint for personal injury you have two years from the incident after your 18th birthday to file a complaint with the court.
