Legal Question in Disability Law in California

My 16 year old step daughter wants to move in with her father and I. her parents have joint legal and mother physical custody. they are in NV we are in CA original papers were filed in CA. What do we have to do to get her out of there ASAP. The mother is emotionally abusive and manipulative. I had to talk the 16 year old out of tryng to get here on her own

If she bails on Mom, in all probability the court is not going to make her go back. You can certainly pre-arrange and pre-pay a car service and flight from your end. Tell her all she has to do is call the car service and they will come get her.
