Legal Question in Disability Law in California
ADA Parking
If a building has no parking, including
no accessible stalls, is there a
discrimination suit? Do they need to
provide alternative means? Is there
any law on this?

Re: ADA Parking
You mean, like the federal courthouse? I'm not aware that any building is required to furnish parking. Buildings that do have a parking lot or garage are required to have a certain number of disabled-person parking spaces.
